In the past, the old Grave Bell flat glass was inferior in quality compared with float glass, and there were many fluctuations in vision. This problem has been solved through technological transformation, and the finished flat glass can meet the quality requirements of doors and windows.
Flat glass is produced using the Grave Bell process, which differs from float glass in that its forming process requires a tin bath. But the Grave Bell process does not require a tin bath.
After the batch material is melted in the furnace, the molten glass flows into the working end through the C-shaped brick, and the molten glass passes through the tie rod made of high alumina clay, and sinks into the molten glass at a depth of about 70-150mm to isolate the molten glass from melting.
